Sales order/Invoice copy/Delivery order to be produced for any kind of refund. Exchange/return will be accepted within 14 days of purchase if following conditions and maintained.
items are in original condition with original packing

No exchange or return for SPECIAL ORDERS
Free delivery for purchase worth 7500 AED and above to RAK, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Al Ain & Um-Al-Quwain. Anything below the mentioned purchase amount will be charged at 300AED.
Express delivery will be between 2-4 working days at the cost of 100 AED and standard delivery 5-7 working days with no extra charge.
Customers need to arrange forklift and labor to off load the material (If required).
Claims will not be accepted once client/client representative signed delivery note.
Warranty of any purchase will differ from item to item.
Delivery time is 12 weeks for non-available items unless specified on sales order.
Casa Milano offer free technician visits for supervision (no installation) when required according to available schedule.
Casa Milano can keep items purchased in warehouse for Maximum of 6 months from purchase date, after this period storage charge will be applied AED 500 or 1% of order value whichever is higher.
