    Our warehouse and fabric is in Italy and have brands from Germany, Spain and India.

  1. What are the payment options available?
    To purchase products online you may use Credit Cards or Cash on Delivery. For payment in the showroom you may use Credit card or Cash. Please notify your Sales & Product Specialist with the payment option of your choice.
  2. How do you manage shipping?
    We will arrange shipping only in UAE, but clients have to manage shipping and the costs on their own for delivery outside UAE.
  3. How can I track my order?
    Yes. Once we ship your order, we'll send the tracking code and URL link to your email.
  4. Do you ship internationally?
    Currently we do not support International shipping. Any shipping is limited to UAE only.
  5. How long does it take to receive my order?
    Product is generally delivered in 3-7 business from the date of confirmation of payment. If the location is far or remote, it can take 10 business days to reach. Once the product is shipped, we’ll send you the package tracking information and link.
