Kaledonia sets a bright white base against dramatic charcoal-grey veining and softer warm-grey mineral accents. The veins run in strong diagonal bands, some almost black at the core, breaking down into fine capillary webs that spread into the white between them. Warm taupe and faint amber gather in the intermediate zones, which stops the composition from reading as purely black and white and gives it the character of a natural Arabescato.
Made from colour body porcelain with rectified edges, the slab offers low water absorption and clean continuity across large surfaces. The matt finish softens reflections and gives the design a more natural, tactile character, which matters on a pattern this busy: polished, the contrast would compete with the veining itself. Faces A and B form a coordinated pair, the diagonal bands meeting at the joint to produce a bold chevron figure that runs the full height of the installation. At 160 × 320 cm the pattern reads at architectural scale across walls, floors and vanity fronts.
