Delivery timelines depend on stock availability, order quantity and delivery location. In-stock products are generally delivered within the standard delivery period, while special-order or imported products may require additional lead time. Samples are available for selected products, subject to availability. Please contact our sales team to confirm sample availability, collection options and any applicable charges.

As a general guide, we recommend ordering approximately 10% additional material to allow for cutting, installation adjustments and future replacements. Complex layouts, diagonal patterns, book-match installations, large-format slabs or areas with multiple corners and cut-outs may require a higher allowance. The final quantity should be confirmed by your installer based on the site measurements and approved layout.

The TDS contains detailed information such as dimensions, thickness, finish, technical performance, recommended applications and relevant test results.
