Salina Taupe has a soft taupe-grey base with a subtle stone-inspired texture and gentle tonal movement. The surface carries the same fine granular tooth as the rest of the series, with broad cloudy shifts moving across it and faint sage-green undertones surfacing where the tone cools. Its understated, earthy appearance gives it a calm and contemporary aesthetic that sits closer to concrete than to stone.
Made from colour body porcelain with rectified edges, the slab offers low water absorption and clean continuity across large surfaces. As the darkest of the three Salina tones it is the one that grounds a scheme, working as flooring, island cladding or a base plane beneath lighter walls in Ivory or Cream. Because the three share a single texture, moving between them changes the weight of a surface without changing its material character. At 160 × 320 cm an island can be clad top and sides from one slab with the tonal drift running continuously across the mitre.
